Shipping Policy


We ship orders (they leave the building) according to one of the following times, as stated on the respective product pages:

  • Furniture: within 10 business days after order completion
  • All other products: within 1 to 4 business days after order completion

If we determine that an order (or any part of an order) will not ship within the promised timeframe, we will notify the customer via email prior to the last promised date (e.g., before the end of the fourth business day from order completion for all products other furniture) that we will ship the order within the next 1 to 3 business days unless they call us at 1-512-528-8343 to cancel the unshipped portion of their order. An entire order or any part of an order that has shipped cannot be canceled. Completed orders in process (e.g., during the 1 to 3 business days) cannot be canceled.

You can expect most packages to be delivered to their destination within 5-10 business days from the ship date.

 

Return Policy

  • You can return most items sold by simplyidecor.com within 20 days from the ship date.
  • Item must be in returned in the original condition it was received in.
  • We must receive your item back within 30 days of when we originally shipped it to you. Please allow us 3 - 5 days from the time we receive the item to process your return.
  • For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee and less a restocking fee of $4.95.
